Shipping Policy
UK & US Delivery:
We ship all items in the UK & US on a 6-8 day courier service. This will always be tracked by a secure courier.
International Delivery:
We ship all international items on a 8-12 Day trackable delivery service by courier.
In all instances please check your email for full delivery info and how to track with the chosen courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14 day Returns policy for change of mind, defects/faulty and or other genuine claims for return (upon discretion). Once approved we will issue a RMA number for you to track your return case.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept returns/refunds for our bespoke/custom made or personalised product ranges. These products carry specific order requirements with our partner factories and once made are irreversible and will no longer be of a resalable condition or value.
Warranty
We offer a free included 12 month warranty repairs service on all orders. We will provide instructions on how to return, repair and have sent back your warranty items.
Note: Our warranty repairs service can take up to 10 days from receipt.
